How documenting saved me $5000...on just ONE note!

Most people do not document conversations, events, and other things because they think "Why write this stuff down if I will never be able to find it later?"

Any attorney will advise you to document ALL important conversations and actions. Documented events play a huge role in any court case.

I have personally saved thousands in my dealings with athlete contracts. When verbal agreements are made, I document the conversation in the correct project. The program time and date stamps the note so you can reference it later. You can also type in one word that might have been in the note into the Universal Search, and the system will pull all related notes. I saved over $5000 in raw cash on just one pricing dispute that I was able to back up with the time and date the price was agreed to.

Not only should you record business and legal matters, you should record special things in your life. Tony Robbins says, "If your life is worth living, then it is worth recording." Document your successes, no matter how small they are, document the cute things that your kids do, you will cherish those comments later in life when you go back to them (and your kids will too!).

I look at my ALLStarProjects.com account as a work in progress. I am building a work of art, a master document of my life that records everything that happened, how I did it, and the steps I took to do it.

You could easily take the notes you have written and compile them into a best-selling book later. You could master a certain project, then write a "how to" manual on how you did it.
