The Power of The Goal
Module Its true! A lot of people set their New Year resolutions in January and never review those goals until the next New Year! The best way to reach your goals
is to write them down and look at them every day. Brian Tracy in his book
Goals says that you should look at your goals first thing in the morning and
right before you go to bed. Just by doing this you are way more likely to
accomplish them. Furthermore, they are right in front of your face, every time you login to your account! This is a real life example of how writing down goals really works. When I first developed the goal module I listed a few goals. One of them was to lose 15lbs by a certain time period (I think it was 90 days). I never even went into the goal (which I should have, but I didn't) and later when I was reviewing my goals I realized that I actually met that goal without even going into the goal project! How to Maximize the Goal Module in your
life: 2. BE VERY SPECIFIC about the goal you want to achieve. Instead of "Lose Weight" you want to put "Lose 15lbs by Jan 1 2006". The more specific you are, the easier the goal is to track, and the more likely you will get it done. 3. Review your goals first thing in the morning and at the end of your day (or more if you can). 4. Track your thoughts and accomplishments in the NOTES section. You have unlimited space so don't be afraid to write things down. Document successes and your process. Not only will it help you but you could possibly help someone else achieve their goals through your documented success. 5. Use the STATUS feature to update your progress. 6. Share the goal with others to keep yourself accountable. 7. Email us your success story!
