How To Share Projects
With Other Users
Real-Time Collaboration
1. CLICK ON THE BLUE BUTTON next to
the project that you would like to share. A list will come up that shows you the
other users in your group (to add users to your group go to SETTINGS, ADD, then
enter the user name of the user you would like to add and hit enter).
2. Select as many users as you
would like. Remember, they will all have access to your project inside of their
account (they can't see anything else in your account, just this project).
3. CLICK ENTER and you will
notice that the project is now shared with the users you selected. Now your
entire group can work on this project real-time.
3. Since you own the project you
can always deselect users or add more. Just click on the sharing icon again and
edit the users that you would like to share the project with.
4. You can also share BOOKMARKS and CONTACTS separately with other
users too! Just follow the same steps we took to share projects with others.
Real-time collaboration is very
powerful as you can pool all of the assets your group has and direct that effort
into one (or more) projects.
