Report
Send your project to anyone via
email
Did you know that you can email your projects
to anyone? At the bottom of each project and goal there is a STATUS REPORT field
that allows you to enter an email address and send the details of your project.
This is a great way to give other
people information, get updates from your staff, and to pass completed projects
to other team members to show them the procedure of how you accomplished the
project.
Everything is included in the
email INCLUDING BOOKMARKS!
When you are working on a project,
it helps to know that you are not only finishing a project, but you are creating
an information file that can be passed on to whoever you wish.
This is also a great way to keep
your staff accountable. Just tell them you would like daily or weekly status
reports to show progress on projects.
1. Inside a project at the bottom
of the page you will see a STATUS REPORT BOX. The top line is already
filled in with your email address, the bottom line is where you enter the
recipient's email. Click the STATUS REPORT button and it will email the project.
2. You can also send status
reports from the home page of ALLStarProjects.com. Just select the box next to
the project that you want to send, then fill out the same STATUS REPORT box at
the bottom of the project module.
