Shortcuts
1. Use the Quick Link Bar at the top and
bottom of every page: This is a fast way of surfing your projects and goals.
If you click on the pull down menu you will see all of your business and
personal projects, as well as your goals. This bar is at the top and bottom of
every page so you can jump to these pages without having to go back home all the
time. You can also do a quick add to the DGP or the main To Do List (Brainstorm
Bucket).
2. Use the UNIVERSAL SEARCH:
type in any word in the Universal Search and the program will find any instance
of this word in your entire database. Sometimes this is even faster than
searching with the Quick Link bar. You can type the first few letters of your
project and a list will come up immediately. This tool is useful for finding any
part of a note you wrote, a bookmark, contacts, etc.
3. USE THE TAB AND ENTER
BUTTONS on your keyboard. When entering tasks or other items, did you know
you could hit the TAB button on your keyboard and that will usually highlight
the SAVE button? Then just press ENTER and you are done, without using your
mouse.
4. LOOK AT ALL YOUR ACTION
STEPS IN PROJECTS FROM THE FRONT PAGE: Did you know if you press the Expand
ALL buttons at the top of the business and personal project list that all of
your to dos will be listed on the front page? We do this all the time to see
what task needs to be done first. You can also complete, delegate, or schedule
from this list too!
